Camden and Cecelia R.'s Melon Fruit Bowl
Scoop seeds out of center of 1/2 large cantaloupe with a spoon and discard. Slice a sliver of melon off the bottom so it stands. Use a melon baller to scoop out the melon flesh, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Wash, peel, slice 1 1/2 cups mixed fruit and toss with 4 tbsp orange juice in large bowl. Fill Melon bowl with fruit salad and pour any extra juice over fruit. Serve Immediately.

Candy Corn Parfait
Drain 1 can of pineapple chunks or cut fresh pineapple into chunks. Drain 1 can of mandarin oranges or peel and separate a Clementine. Layer pineapple, then oranges, and top with fat free whipped cream or cottage cheese. |

Cut one orange in half and peel. Flip over on plate. Cut one red grape in half for eyes. Cut pear slices into triangles and use one for a nose. Cut apple slices and use one for mouth. Use extra apple and pear slices for sunshine rays around the orange. |
